Hello, I have a 450 laptop with an intel i5 3210 in it. I searched on how to increase FPS and I found dedicated video memory. I checked mine and I only got 64 mb. My laptop has 6gb of ram. I already tried increasing it via regedit, but its not working. I tried the other method which is through bios, but my bios doesnt have the Advanced tab in which I can increase vram. I thought that my BIOS version isnt updated so I updated it, but there is still nothing. How can I increase vram or unlock the advanced tab in my bios?
My BIOS manufacturer is Insydeh20 F.45 rev 3.7
Thanks

Normally you CAN'T increase dedicated VRAM. System will work this out and assign available/spare system RAM to video if required.

From my understanding, HP disabled Advanced tab is BIOS of many machines. One reason is:  HP does not want users to "play" around with BIOS specially during warranty period and send machines back due to heat, won't boot, ...

Is there any way I could unlock it?

And 1 last last question sir

Would you recommend upgrading into a compatible, much powerful CPU? Or is it impossible?
If its not, would it also increase my vram?

Thank you
