Dedicated vram Decrease

HP Recommended
Hp envy x360 15z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so a little while ago I'm pretty sure true a bios update my dedicated vram decrease on my hp envy x360 from 2gb to 1gb and have greatly impacted my gaming in a negative way i have seen try contacting hp live support to fix it they told me it could be fixed they even try to go back to the previous bios and nothing change I even ended up spending money on the hp smart friends service and it was really frustrating because my calls keep getting dropped and every time I tried back it was a new person that I have to explain everything back too, but they still didn't get this issue fix they prompted to do a system restore but I can't afford to lose my information right now. so this is my last attempt before I give up on hp cause I really spent a lot of money on this pc customizing it with ryzen 7 and vega 10 graphics with 16gb ram all of that and now i can't really play games like I used too.received_2376960695921024.jpegreceived_658764454560869.jpg

@Israelgenius
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
