HP Notebook - 15-ay009dx

Somehow, my girl friend's HP account got connected to my computer.  We would like to kill both accounts and start over.  How does one delete an HP count?  Send info to email[edited]

@Eugene343, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To delete an HP account, you typically need to visit the HP website and log into the account you wish to delete. Once logged in, look for account settings or profile management. You might find an option to delete or deactivate the account there.

If the accounts in question are related to user accounts on the HP Notebook itself, you can remove user accounts through Windows settings by going to:

  1. Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
  2. Select the account you want to remove and click on "Remove".
  3. Follow the prompts to delete the account from the PC.

Always ensure that important data is backed up before deleting any account.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
