(1In most cases, the simplest solution:

 => Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point (date) >>> before <<< your deleted the webcam driver !

You should not answer too fast and take your time to read my last answer. Check if there is a restore point before the deletion, then go back. Now it's your turn ...

there was one restore point on 23rd, but an error occurred whiie restoringrestore error.png

Windows does not work correctly. Please reinstall it.

 

(1) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

 

(2Please reinstall your operating system !

You need to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

If you can't do that, you should have it <serviced> by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
