According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

Unfortunately, one of the disadvantages of upgrading to W10, is that the Ralink Bluetooth does not work on the newer builds of W10.

 

There is a W10 Bluetooth driver, but it no longer works:

 

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

sp71572.exe

 

There is no fix other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter or replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card with a different model.

 

Here is a replacement Wi-Fi card you can use in your notebook where the Bluetooth will work on W10, and the card is also dual band AC:

 

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo    HP part # 724935-001
