Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

When I plug in a USB I get a message that Just in time authentication is required.  When I click on the balloon nothing happens and I am denied access

Then I get access denied on the USB

I am unable to change ownership even as an administrator

I remember setting this up some time ago when someone stole some files from my laptop via USB

This is no longer a concern but I cannot remember how to disable this feature

 

How can I disable the USB locking or just in time auth requirement?
