1. The laptop is connected to the network, the charge is 99%
2. I am conducting a battery test in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, calibration is required
3. I turn off the laptop
4. Disconnect the adapter
5. I turn on the laptop, press F2 and get into HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
6. I run the extended memory test until the error is found, it works 1 hour 30 minutes and the laptop turns off
7. I connect the adapter, wait until the yellow indicator turns to white, then turn on the laptop
8. Battery charge 100%
9. The laptop has not been disconnected from the adapter for a day, the charge is 100%, applications: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and HP Support Assistant after running the test say that THE BATTERY IS WORKING PROPERLY BUT calibration is required
What's next?

Do you take people for fools?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI (UEFI !!!), Battery test: PASSED, BATTERY IS WORKING CORRECTLY, CALIBRATION REQUIRED
Should I continue to kill the battery with the USUAL discharge-charging, so that I can go buy a new one later, or will they still tell me that this cannot be done without a specialized stand in the Service Center?

Hello @ArtsiomRyzhanki
First of all I want to help you. Second I don't know what HP Diagnostic UEFI version did you use, so I provided the latest (known) version for your notebook. That is why I asked you to repeat the test.
Kind regards

New battery but stored for a long time i.e. not used. Deep discharge may have occurred.
Do you want me to help you ?
Kind regards

The UEFI version does not take screenshots
symptom test + system test + component test, everywhere
BATTERY STATUS: calibration required (20)
LOGICAL BATTERY STATUS: calibration required (20)
