how can a deep DISCHARGE occur if the laptop is connected to the network all the time and charging was 99%, now it is 100% after all manipulations, but the test requires calibration

This can happen due to faulty circuitry within the battery circuit. It may affect individual batteries.

Kind regards

Battery before and after "calibration" 🙂 (in reality: normal discharge-charging), worked and works for 5-7 hours, why is there an error that it requires calibration? Before manual discharge-charging, I did the "calibration" by pressing the [Calibrate battery] button in the diagnostic tools, the result is the same.

Hello @ArtsiomRyzhanki

My options are exhausted. Use the battery as long as you can and then replace it. That's all I can recommend. Don't let the calibration message mislead you.

Good luck

I know that this is a software bug 🙂 it misleads users, specialists of any service will tell you that it is impossible to calibrate the battery by discharging-charging, this is done at a specialized stand and it is not always successful

thank you for paying attention to the issue
