So I recently purchased HP Victus 15-fa0073tx from amazon in India in May 2023. (hardly a week ago)
Earlier the warranty showed that it will get expired in October 2023, and I had followed the dispute warranty form and all.
So whats happening now is that when I login into the web portal and see my warranty, it shows that 12 months warranty is active. But I click on that tile or on that app. The warranty still shows that it will expire in October 2023.
Which one is actually the correct one and how to get them in sync and corrected for me to have 12 months of manufacturer warranty
Thanks

Hi Alden,
This problem was resolved.
However, I had already checked the document and raised the dispute.
What I had in turn asked was its showing differently in different places within HP websites and apps. So how to get them in sync.
It however got resolved after retracing the steps and proper registration.
Thanks
