Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

When I print a web page on a hp 3830 printer it goes to the fax mode and does not print with microsoft edge. Will disabling the fax solve the problem. If so how do I do that?   It prints when I  use Chrome.  Any thoughts.I like The bowser edge a lot.

I set the printer to default like you said but it does the same thing.
