As of January 2021 i updated my device via Windows Update. Ever since then I've been unable to disable the built-in keyboard. I've used all three known methods.
1. Updating driver and selecting non compatible driver.
2. Using Goup Policy Editor
3. Sysdm.cpl
And methods was unsuccessful after rebooting.
Before updating the device all methods worked flawlessly. Is there a 4th method i could use to disable the keyboard? That still works after the device is turn off that way the keyboard is still diabled after booting up to the login screen

I just had to same issue when the Windows 10 2020HE2 update went through on my computer. My keyboard is messed up where my keyboard doesn't respond and random buttons will just activate. Disabling and using a wireless keyboard & mouse was how I got around it before but now I can't disable or use any of the other methods decribed. Either this was a glitch or Microsoft decided to screw everybody. I may look into rolling back to the last update.
