Hello, i have a problem with my laptop and im looking if someone can help me.
This morning i tried to turn my laptop on and well, it turned on, showed that hp logo and the circle loading but nothing happened after like an hour, im new to this but i know how to flash windows 10 with an usb and i did so, but when i tried deleting the partitions, the disk didn't show on the disk selection, and somehow i turned on legacy mode from the bios and somehow i logged into the rapid storage technology ui and it showed that the disk 0 (the only one) was disabled, i logged into it sometimes before it said that it was incompatible, now when i press esc to access to startup options, the screen goes black with a _ on the left while it beeps until i turn it off, when i turn it on i can access startup options, but anyways, what do i do??
(and please if someone can help me, don't explain it to me in a technical way, im new to the subject ;_;)
(photo not mine btw)
