Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Muy buenas, en el administrador de dispositivos mi laptop en otros dispositivos y dispositivo PCI me dice que no se encuentra instalado un controlador y los que he probado no funcionan. En detalles y como propiedad Id. compatibles me arroja esto:

Este paquete contiene el controlador que habilita el lector de tarjetas Realtek en los modelos de notebook admitidos que ejecutan un sistema operativo compatible. El lector de tarjetas permite que los usuarios lean o graben tarjetas de almacenamiento extraíbles compatibles, que se suelen usar en cámaras digitales, reproductores de música digitales y teléfonos celulares.
