Hi, I've purchased the HP USB-C dock (G5) in order to connect two external displays but it isn't picking them up?  I'm a real novice here so any hep on what I'm doing wrong/how I fix thigs?

Sorry for the bad news, but if Windows does not "see" the displays, there is nothing you can do to force it.

 

Right-click on the destkop and select Display settings.  Does it show the monitors?

 

If not, then click the DETECT button.  If it does still NOT show the monitors, there is nothing more you can do.
