some time ago i noticed my chrome browser saying "Your browser is managed by your organization"?  That's wrong - this is a personal machine, no organization controls it, and to my my knowledge, i have not touched any settings that should cause that to happen.  After searching for answers, one idea occurs that it could be security software doing it.  Is this a problem that has been associated with the WOLF security software installed on HP machines?

If not, is there some way to cure this issue?  It feels like I'm open to remote access while that policy is in place.

Thanks for your response.

The P/N from the box label is: A2QG9UA#ABA

i didn't really note exactly when the behavior began (it could even have been from the beginning), but it was not long after I purchased the machine in August, in any case.  I investigated briefly at the time, but in the meantime other things have taken my attention until now.  So far as I recall and am aware, no major changes were made.

In any case, as I am the "admin" user for my machine, I would have thought I'd be able to make any needed changes needed to change the above behavior, but I don't find anything workable when I search.

Thanks an advance for any help!
