It depends on the rest of the model number as there are many HP 430 notebooks. There is usually a G2, G3, G4 etc. If there are no "G's" and just a HP 430 notebook, then possibly but only if you have the install media for Windows XP and the drivers for all of the hardware. The drivers are going to be the problem, along with security.

If the notebook is indeed a HP 430 Notebook with out any "G", then here is the driver page

I assume you are also wanting the "How to do that" so have a read of this thread
That probably is different hardware for the PC in question, but at least it shows what needs to be done. Since the HP 430 Notebook PC has Intel controller, that is in the drivers list.
