Driver Controller USB ( Universal Serial Bus) - win7 64bit) needed ,usb not working

Hello!

I have the  HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC, I am using windows 7 64 bit os

I cuoldn't find the USB controller driver because of which none of my usb ports are working.Tried all possible trouble shooting steps but of no use.

The Hardware ID is:

Again all my USB ports are not working

After installing the Renesas usb 3.0 driver provided in your link

I am facing some driver installation error like

1.Bluetooth device (RFCOM PROTOCOL TDI) Driver failed 

1.Bluetooth device (Personal Area Network) Driver failed

3.Bluetooth peripheral device Driver Failed error 3 times.(Attached screenshot of the failed Driver )

Please help..its Urgent

Hi:

You probably have to install the corresponding model bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with.

The bluetooth radio is part of the wireless card's circuitry.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

Please let me know, and I will post the link to the bluetooth driver you need.

Hi

i am attaching the scrrenshot of those drivers which had installation errors and those come network Adapter section in Device manager.

-I have attached the broadcom wifi driver details too 

Secondly none of my usb ports are working..need a quick fix
