@Farrukhali Peace be unto you!

HP doesn't recommend installing Windows 10 Pro on a PC shipped with Windows 10 Home Single Language 64, hence if you require assistance on the same you may want to revert back to the home edition, otherwise, you may want to contact Microsoft or the retailer you got the new windows from as we don't have drivers that support the Pro edition.

I hope that helps.

Yes This Laptop Comes with Home Edition. but due to my domain requirement, I had to install PRo version so that Laptop can join our Enterprise Domain.

Alot of Effort, i finally installed Windows 10 Pro by changing the media of Window. and it was sucessfully installed.

Thank You

@Farrukhali I appreciate the details, however, I need to know, does this mean the issue has been resolved or are you in need of assistance?

If yes, did you check with Microsoft for assistance on the Pro version you've installed? let me know if you have and it didn't work, I'll check if there's something else we can do about this situation.

Have a good day!

Hi,

This laptop has been bought to use on a corporate network and as such has been installed with a corporate image which is enterprise Win10 Pro

If you do not have the drivers for Win10 pro, can you advise how we reset the laptop to factory settings?

HP Recommended

so when you say changing the media, are we talking version or physical media like CD or USB etc etc

@Maxxoveride,

Sorry for the late reply.

Previously I was installing, Windows 10 Education Version because I have License of Education Version.

unfortunately installation was failed, I changed the Media of Windows i.e Windows 10 Pro and its successfully installed.
