Notebook HP - 15-da0075nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I am trying to upddate drivers for my Notebook HP - 15-da0075nl.

When I connect to https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-da0000-laptop-pc/20395828/model/24269492?sku=... after the auto-detection process (who works), no answer from the site. Only the logo is turning.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Ah ok.

I believe BIOS updates can now be delivered through Windows Update but here's the latest BIOS update available for your device:

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)

Description:

This package provides an update to the System BIOS. The update installs on supported notebook models using a supported Windows Operating System. Restart the system to complete the installation.

Fix and enhancements:

- Fixes an issue where the system does not display the correct number of times the battery is used and then recharged (battery cycle count).
Please follow all instructions carefully and ensure the device is plugged into power.

Kind regards,
Eddy

Hello @Claudio_Iy,

A more efficient and convenient method for updating drivers is using HP Support Assistant. It'll analyze your system and recommend all drivers that need updating.

In case you don't already have it, here is the download page for HP Support Assistant. You can find information on how to update your computer using the HP Document here and expanding Update the computer.

Kind regards,

Eddy

Hello Eddy,

first of all Thank's  for your answer.

Yes, I have the HP Support Assistant  and  no update are identified by it.

But I was checking for BIOS update (actually I have F.07) and  I have understood that BIOS have to be update manually.

Best Regards

Claudio
