Trying to download driver for HP Notebook - 15-ba009dx, but the page just keeps on loading and loading and loading. How the heck can I download these drivers??

The link you posted worked for me just fine in seconds using Micrsoft Edge.

 

You can also use the drivers from the base model 15-ba000 model series' support page.
