please help me for find driver for Multimedia Audio Controller for OS Win10 64bits ,version Education.I serch this driver more two week,download many version ,but not work.Iused virtual asistent,send mail to suport,but not solved my trouble

Hi:

 

The notebook is only supported by HP for W11.

It is very difficult to get unsupported operating systems to work because the hardware is so specific nowadays.

 

Please post the hardware ID for the multimedia audio controller so I can figure out whether it is a Realtek or Intel audio device that needs the driver installed.

 

Use this guide to find the hardware ID for a device.

 

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

 

Personally, I think you should take the free upgrade from W10>W11 and install the W11 drivers from your notebook's support page.
