HP ProBook 6570b Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed windows10 64bit on my probook 5670b and since  then the device manager tells me under "other devices" that there is :

a basic system device "PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_17AB103C&REV_30\4&356b14d8&0&01E2" without a driver to find

and in addition a unknown Device "ACPI\HPQ6000\3&33fd14ca&0" with also no driver to find.

Where can I get those drivers? I searched the Web and this Forum but could  not find unambiguous answers. So any help is grearly appreciated.

Good christmas time and Happy New Year

This may have nothing to do with your problem but you should install this.

Thank you very much for the very quick response. Installation worked, but I got the message, that the accelerometer does not work or is not compatible with this system. I have an SSD installed. Could that be the reason?

The messages in device manager have disappeared.

Greetings

With some of the new W10 updates allot of laptops are getting that message.

HP is working on it and has some fix's.

But since you have an SSD you do not need the program.

Go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the HP Accelerometer program.

Reboot and thats it your done.

Thank you for the answer. Accelerometer does not show up under "Add and remove Programs", so I deleted accelerometer.exe, That seems to work.

But there is another problem: The AMD videocard, which should be part of the system, does not work. I installed the respective driver downloaded from HP-site. The installation seemingly worked with no error message, but in device manager no second videocard shows up.

What can I do to get the second videocard working? Systeminformation below.

I apologize for the inconvenience,

Many thanks in advance.

@Reo

Thank you once again for the quick answer. I installed sp82542.exe, but also after that no Radeon HD 7570M shows up in the device manager.

According to my knowledge and to the datasheet I have read, the mainboard of the probook 6570b should have an inbuild AMD Radeon HD 7570M videocard. Can it be, that there are special probook 6570b without such an inbuild videocard?

Below my system as listed by bios (F1). I would very much like to know wether my system has this inbuild 2. videocard and if yes, why it does not workand how I can get it to work?

Thank you for your answer.

Best wishes
