Hello,

 

I am having an issue with one particular driver on my HP EliteBook 840 G3. Please see below screenshots for more information. Based on this information, is there a direct link to the driver you can provide me? Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.

Hi:

 

I believe that is the Intel bluetooth device that needs a driver...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Intel Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. In order to install this package correctly, the previous driver must be uninstalled before this package is installed.
