I understand that you are getting an error This driver not supported this operating system message.
I think you are getting an error message while updating the drivers on the HP support assistance.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
First, you have to update the BIOS. Then you have to try for the windows update.
Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
After windows update, you have updated the drivers, It will download and install.
Let me know how that pans out,
