Please tell me how to choose a driver from a large number of provided? Several drivers for video cards! Somewhat for audio. Several for chipsets and so on. What specific version you need to download? I can not guess!

Notebook PCs are purchased with optional graphics solutions and processors.
You made the choice of purchasing a FreeDos base model which was not delivered with an operatng system.
That left the choice of applicable drivers up to you depending on the operating system you chose.
Yours has the Intel HD Graphics 400 integrated in the processor, so choose the Braswell Intel graphics driver.

Your notebook has the Celeron N3060 chipset, so choose the Intel chipset driver installation utility that matches the version of Windows 10 you have installed. https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81240.exe
Also install the

Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Drive

Realtek LAN driver should be compatible

The drivers I provided should work.
There are no v1809 specific drivers available for your PC at this time, so use Windows update after installing the initial drivers.
Use the HP Support Assistant to find the rest of the available drivers. Use the following link to install it.

Keep an eye on the Driver download page for updates to the drivers from HP. See the following link.

And what is the name of the chipset? I'm confused..
I already understood!
Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driversystem software Manager 10.1.1.44 Rev.A
in Russian : Программа установки и драйвера чипсета

You're welcome!
Don't forget to use Windows Update. It will find other drivers that should be installed.
Your notebook's system board has an Intel Braswell chipset.
