My keyboards drivers are gone. My keyboard doesn't work at all and I can only use the on-screen keyboard. Please help.

Hello @Thomas167
It is possible that the ribbon cable of the keyboard has come loose. The device should be opened for this. In the meantime, I would connect an external USB keyboard.
If your device is still under warranty contact HP !
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) | F.24 Rev.A | 13.9 MB | May 12, 2022 | Download |
(2) Update all drivers in one place ...
HP Support Assistant | 9.7.433.0 Rev.A | 162.2 MB | May 13, 2021 | Download |
Please report your results.
best regards
