I tried Playing a DVD and it will not play, cyberlink power media player 12 will not respond, I keep getting that message anytime I try to play a DVD ,I checked for updates and it states that no free updates is available(the software is included as free with my laptop purchase),why am I being ask to buy a product that is include in my purchase,in a nutshell I'm saying my DVD Player is not working....help please....and thank you in advance!

Windows 10 does not support DVD playing. If the cyberlink player is not responding, VLC can do the job for free. download it from VideoLan
