Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Windows version is 1903
Fingerprint sensor is already latest which is ELAN Finger Print: 3.2.12011.10010

 

Following is the device status its showing in the properties

"

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

"

 

I am no computer expert.

 

Can someone help me out why its not working. I checked all the steps available on internet elsewhere.

I noticed that I have received an update for Windows version 2004. After updating the fingerprint sensor is working fine.

 

I will see for few days if the problem persist, I will check on your solution. Thanks again
