Hi @Arham16

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If you've lost the bill for your HP product, here are the steps you can take to retrieve a copy depending on where you purchased it:

If You Purchased from the HP Online Store

You can log into your HP account and download the invoice directly:

  • Sign in with the account used during purchase
  • Check your order history for downloadable invoices
  • You may also find the original invoice in your email confirmation

More details are available in this HP Support Community post

If You Purchased from a Retail Store (e.g., Reliance Digital, Amazon, Flipkart)

HP does not store or issue invoices for purchases made through third-party retailers. In this case:

  • Contact the store where you purchased the product
  • Provide your purchase date, product details, and payment method
  • Request a duplicate invoice — most retailers can email or print one for you

For example, if you bought it from Reliance Digital, you’ll need to reach out to the store directly. This is confirmed in this HP Support Community thread

Take care, and have an amazing day!
