Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-cg1000 (19S97AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pen Control software is not compatible with WIN 11 system. So I can not use my pen in Win 11, but works well in Win10.

 

The software edition is too old.

 

I call the HP service and was transferred 7 customer service is just wasting time. 

 

Anyone have solution?  They have not update the HP Pen Contral software for a long time, and I guess they won't update it anymore, and the HP Stylus pen is not detected by Bluetooth.

Hi, @VincentW111 I have suggested to our community members not to update to Windows 11 just yet because I observed that since the Operating System is still in early development, a lot of driver issues, software problems, and even hardware challenges is a major challenges with Windows 11. So it is advised that we remain patient before upgrading to Windows 11 at least until they have properly sorted out the Operating System.

 

A smart choice right now will be to roll back to Windows 10 since it works well with the HP Pen Control Software.
