Has anyone else had the left hinge of their envy come out of place and get jammed? Is there anyway to fix this issue on my own? I am very careful with my laptop and have only had it for two years. When I called HP support they told me that it would cost over $400 to have it repaired and I am currently done purchasing this brand product. I noticed that others on the forum had the same issues so I was thinking there would be some type of recall. The support was no help at all. I know that my warranty is gone but I just feel that if this is a common issue then they should fix it free of charge.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
