The final solution is to change the device. This is a technical defect ...

I am very persistent with these issues, as you have noticed, but at some point there is simply no solution. And "no solution" is also a solution, so change device !

I have Created the Hp cloud recovery drive but know when I try to run it through boot menu it says unable to find boot disc

Error on HP cloud recovery media drive. After selecting boot as usb this appears

Just as I have already written. Sorry I can't help you any further. Maybe you should have the device checked in a professional notebook repair store.
