I have checked the system file and reinstall the browser too, But still getting crashes. At start it was not frequently crashing but later on back to its routine.

ok, now dive a little bit deeper ...

 

(1) Open cmd.exe as administrator and execute:

sfc  /scannow

 

(2) Reboot 

 

(3) Open cmd.exe as administrator and execute:

 

msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic

 

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

 

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

 

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

(4) Reboot 

 

(5) Uninstall browser and install again

 

(6) Test

(2) What is the websitet URL that causes the crash

I’m using firefox version version 102.0 64 bit

browser crashing is not limited to certain websites even new tab sometimes get crash

(1) Use CCleaner to clean your system (temporary files)

- Download from: https://www.ccleaner.com/

- Install

- Run

- Clean

 

(2) Reboot after CCleaner is done

 

(3) Test again ...

I have installed CCleaner and used the custom clean and registry clean and rebooted the laptop but still have the issue🙂.

(1) Reboot windows

(2) Please download and install Malwarebytes Scanner

https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

Direct Download:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/api/downloads/mb-windows?filename=MBSetup-37335.37335.exe

 

(3) Start Malwarebytes and run a full scan !

If if found malware let it clean !

 

(4) Reboot

(5) Uninstall browser

(6) Install browser

(7) Test again
