Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

When i click on Itunes it comes up with the error code 'api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll missing on this computer' how can i fix this? I've uninstalled, reinstalled Itunes and it still doesnt work ive also downloaded Microsoft Visual C++

This problem is not related to HP. It may be Windows issue or Apple iTunes issue.

 

I did some research on your issue and found this - you should try it:

>> https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

 

Based on the information, you are missing some Windows update for the C++ libraries.
