I have a HP G62 and need to find drivers and software as the Ethernet driver cannot be found

Are both connections not working WiFi and wired? If only one is affected you can try to install the HP Support Assistant which will download and install all required firmware & updates.

If both aren´t working we need the exact type ... for example if that is an HP G62-220US then you can find here the required drivers.

Good day thanks for the response, not sure what you mean by exact type. There is no WiFi driver and only Ethernet was identified. Its a G62 Notebook PC, Product Number XB061UA#ABC. Hope this helps

Thanks, the product number did the trick. The XB061UA is a HP G62-224CA and the required drivers can be found here. However if Ethernet is working (and only WiFi not), then I would try the HP Support assistant as mentioned above as finding the required drivers from the URL I posted in this posting here might be somehow complicated if you do not specify the Hardware ID.
