HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c1000 (4B770AV)

I just purchased an extended warranty for my HP Laptop on November 25th, but I just got a notification on my laptop half an hour ago that my warranty has expired. it isn't synching up for some reason, anyone know how to fix this or who I should contact at HP and how?

Hi @SMS94,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing warranty issues with your HP product wherein the extended warranty date is not displayed.

Please follow the steps from this document to submit a dispute to validate your warranty.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Oops, I forgot to include a crucial detail in my initial post, I apologize. When I have tried to do a manual warranty check already, it does never accepts my product  number and sometimes does not accept my serial number either. Maybe this is because my laptop is a refurbished laptop, but I am not sure.

I replied to your private message on the day I received it, the 3rd and have not yet gotten a reply back. Please get back to me today if you can. This delay and incompetent support is bordering on unacceptable at this point.
