Purchased an extended warranty for this brand new laptop at the end of Dec 2019.
The initial 12 month warranty was subsequently updated by HP to reflect the actual purchase date, however I have not had the extended warranty added, despite submitting evidence via a dispute, twice to HP.
When I check my warranty status via https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty , the serial number of the laptop is not recognised.
I wonder if someone can escalate this to HP for resolution.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
