HP Recommended
Product: Probook 455

We have about 50 HP Probook 455 and none of them detects any of the External USB DVD Drives. I have an LG Drive which did not work, so I bought a third party Drive, which did not work as well! 
Both the drives works on my other HP Laptops though (Elitebook 655 and ZBook Fury 16 G10). I ran Windows update and updated all drivers, and it still does not work. I tried some third party drivers as well but no luck. Any ideas please as this is now driving me nuts?
