Hi all .... is there any update to this Disaster ...
Its rendered my Laptop useless .. ok for 5 minuts then crashes/freezes then restarts ,,
Latest Bios update on Hp web site - was releasted in november .. F17 or now its F03 .A ..
F19 has disapeared ..
is there and up dates to this issue .. or a Later bios update ..

Thanks for writing back to us.
The only way to fix this is to update the BIOS to F.31.
Click here to download the latest BIOS.

Hi ... the help i have received .. has helped untill the next bios update ..
google - Windows upgrade assistant .. make sure you have the latest windows version ...
then download your graphices driver .. remember where you download it to ...
goto - device manager - display adaptors - right clik - properties - driver ..
clik - update driver - have disk - and browes for the driver where you down loaded it ..
