Does the HP Envy 360 model # M6-aq103dx have facial recognition? If not, is there free software for download.

Hello Rudygragg79

Face recognition for Windows User Account sign-in is part of the Windows Hello program.

But it requires a 3D lens system supporting infrared technology like the HP TrueVision FHD IR Camera or Intel Realsense 3D webcam. 3D face recognition has been reported as being more accurate than earlier forms.

Your specs show that you dont have a 3D camera installed.

As far as whats available beyond this, HP does not have facial rec software available.

You would have to look to other sources to find something that would work.

Hope that helps answer your question.
