Product: HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC (8PZ98AV)

I am facing the usb ports issue and when I reach the hp support site then there are no available 25H2 drivers for my system. Why HP?

Can someone help me with these?

There haven't been standalone USB drivers since Windows 8 came out, so no USB drivers are available for your notebook for any operating system version.

 

I would reinstall Windows if it is not a hardware issue.

I am using windows 11 Pro and facing this issue for 1 week. Are there any alt solutions rather than reinstalling the whole windows?

You can try installing the latest Intel chipset driver HP has on your notebook's support page if you have not done so already.
