Hello,

I tried to install the sp135667  but I can't because it is written "failed to extract cab".

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are unable to install a softpaq, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the name of the Softpaq your installing? 
  • Are you downloading and installing the Softpaq from the HP software driver page?

i have same issue, i could not install HPsupport assistant, as after download the file from HP website had problem at final step and had this message pop out "failed to extract cab" 

 

note:

file name: sp135667.exe 

 

could help me on this issue
