How enable Fan Always On in BIOS from USBc with Power delivery? Or, if missing, add this feature. Thanks

HP Recommended

HWinfo status: "On AC Power"

BIOS status: "Fan Always On AC Power"

Expected: Run fan in AC, but actuly does not...
