H E L P !!!
Hello. My Spectre x360 suddenly wouldn't turn on in April this year. Luckily the machine was under warranty so it was fixed (very quickly). The exact same fault has now repeated, my laptop has turned into an attractive paperweight, but the warranty expired a few weeks ago.
I don't think the machine has been manufactured 'fit for purpose', but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of HP in the UK. Can anyone provide a working contact number, or email address which is read by a human?
Failing that, does any know the contact details of any of HP's UK authorised repair centres (and I'll pay myself to get it fixed again and then issue in the County Court to recover).
I can't work without a functioning laptop so all help gratefully received.
Thank you in anticipation.
