HP ENVY x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Fingerprint scanner software on my HP Envy 360 stopped working. It worked when I first set it up and stopped after a reset about 2 weeks later.

I followed the steps on the original windows forum, going to System32\WinBioDatabase and deleting the files in the folder.  However, when I tried to delete it, I was not able to because the files are shown as being 'In Use and Open in Windows Biometric Service'

Help!
