Fingerprint and face recognition Windows Hello does not work!!!
Good afternoon!The fingerprint does not work on windows 10, although it is installed on exactly the same computer and everything works!please tell me what is wrong.writes I can't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with the Windows Hello function

Does your machine have hardware for Hello ? Your machine is 9-10 years old. Hello options did not available at that time.

hi! a friend has exactly the same computer and everything works! apparently, I installed the drivers poorly for myself. I wanted to find out from the professionals which driver to change , but apparently there are no professionals in hp.
