Product: HP ENVY x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es0000 (743T0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP ENVY x360 2in1 laptop.  I use the fingerprint sensor instead of the pin to enter usernames and passwords from Google Password.  Yesterday, out of the blue, it stopped working.  I can click on 'other options' and enter a pin, but prefer the fingerprint.  Any ideas on how to get this running again?

1. I went to devices and it said everything was running find

2. I went to services (Local) and restarted and it says it is running.

But no response when I try to use it.
