Hello @zeusakatkm  I got news for you ...

Please try this:

(1) Start notebook

(2) Boot to windows and run HP Notebook System BIOS Update, like in your picture

LATEST

F.36 Rev.A31.9 MBMay 9, 2022Download

(3) Select "copy BIOS image to any file location (Advanced users)" and extract/copy these files to <usb flash drive>.

In your case it's F.36 BIOS version, so ignore F.32 it's just an example screenshot ...

I have tried that before, but I tried it again just now.   It acts like it wants to start up the UEFI PC Hardware Diagnostics, but always gets stuck on 80%.

HP Recommended

- Don't plug <usb flash drive> on bootup

- Plugin <usb flash drive> when loading bios file from HP Diagnostic > Bios Update procedure

Try again ...

I got this issue fixed, it needed a new motherboard.

Covered by HP's warranty ?

HP Recommended

No, the warranty expired in January.

HP Recommended

You don't need a new motherboard.

Cheap solution:

A professional notebook (chip level) repair store around the corner can:

- <desolder> bios chip

- flash

- <solder in> bios chip (old or new chip, depends on bios chip condition)
