Forgot TPM Password

I have a HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ey0013dx and I set an admin password in the BIOS awhile back and I forgot what the password was. I was able to backup the data from the drive but as far as being able to use the computer I am sol.

1.) I have tried password to the point where it doesn't bring up any type of code when exhausting passwords.

2.) I was able to flash the bios but the password is still there.

3.) there's no cmos battery in the model so I removed the battery, unplugged the laptop from outlet and flushed the laptop copacitors and left the laptop alone for 1 hour. Plugged the laptop back in and still the password is active.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.

The only way to recover your PC's BitLocker key is if you printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your PC.

Without the key, you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your PC again.
