System Restore is NOT like a time machine -- in that, it will set your PC back to a condition it was in some time ago. Instead, it is actually Operating System Restore -- meaning, it restores ONLY the OS, not the apps, not the settings, not your personal data. All of those things are left alone.
So, if you are hoping that will reset the OUTLOOK password, that will not happen.
